What you see here is the guy who's using the spot next to mine in our underground parking garage polishing scratches off his vehicle and re-adjusting his taillight. On the side that faces my car! I guess I'll give the old girl a thorough inspection.

The benefit to having seen this is that if anything *is* wrong, you will be able to say "I saw you..." and describe his fix in detail. If nothing else, the paranoia from "I'm caught, and he's always watching me!" would perhaps encourage him to see the problem resolved.
